It's Friday!

So it's time for a random picture post!

The other night my mom and sister came over and we made aprons.

This is because I received several super cute aprons for my wedding shower

and they are so cute that I don't want to use them. Is that weird?

I started with an old dress

And ended up with an apron that I'll actually use!

These are the "Gone Fishin'" cupcakes I made for my Papas birthday

It was my first experience with making butter cream frosting

and it had tons of air pockets when I piped it on.

Any advice for getting a smooth but thick butter cream?

We made a trip to one of my favorite stores ever, Paper Source.

I found this amazing calendar for 50% off and I've never loved a calendar so much!

Yesterday I woke up and wasn't feeling too hot.

After the dreaded run to the bathroom to throw up I felt better just weak.

Throughout the day I just felt all of the fever symptoms (achy, hot, cold, tired, blah) but with no fever. I was feeling so horrible I went to bed around 6:30 and the boy joined me. We both only woke up once for drinks and slept till about 9 this morning. I'm feeling a bit better but now he's down for the count.

I'm good at sharing obviously.
