Mantra Monday: All It Takes Is...

Source

I have a lot of time to think. Sometimes too much.
There are days when I fill my head with tons of thoughts, ideas, and plans but those days could be quickly followed by the ones where I don't think I can take another day.

Funny how life is. I just have to remember to take things one step at a time. Oh, and lists too. Lists help a whole lot.

Mantra Monday: Inspired

Source

It's been awhile since I've done a Mantra Monday post. With all of the new Doe Eyed Dear stuff coming up this has been a great mantra for me. Sometimes it's tough to stay inspired but lately I've been overflowing with inspiration. Now I just need to find the will within me to create and hopefully inspire someone else along the way.

Mantra Monday and a Winner!

Via Pinterest

That Steve Martin is a wise man. Lately I've been super motivated on paper but when it comes to physically creating I've been lacking. I often feel that it's a waste of time but I just have to keep reminding myself that I've already surpassed my previous expectations so why not take a shot at something bigger and better?

I sure wish there were some motivation pills I could pop!

And now for the winner of the Darling Dahlia Bobbies!

Drumroll.....

Mantra Monday: Don't Complicate Things.

This is so true.
Why do we sabotage our own happiness?
It's so simple, I've found my Husband and being his Wife makes me happy.
I'm set for the rest of my life.
Anything else awesome that happens is an added bonus.

Who and What makes you happy?

Mantra Monday: The Thief of Joy.

Last week I read several blog posts from people who were starting to wonder why they blog

and if they should continue. The main reason for the questioning was the stress of trying to keep up with other blogs and losing sight of why they started this in the first place. I can relate. I often find myself trying to keep up with the Joneses and I too have lost sight of why I started blogging.

I plan on trying to do more personal posts to keep track of memories and not worry about losing followers. Thanks to all the ladies who inspired me by writing their own posts about their blogging goals.

In other news, Linus got his last set of shots and can now go out in public! That means going on walks and getting rid of his insane amount of energy. He seriously smiled the whole time.

Mantra Monday: Worrying

I'm the ultimate worrier . Always have been and probably always will be.
These are such great words to live by!

It's time to just enjoy the good and accept the bad and move on.
