This weekend Tim and I went to Hemet for my Dads birthday. I also got the family to help me with my Kiosk project :)

Yesterday when I got home I was rather emotional and decided now was the time for some change. Normally something this different wouldve had me in tears, but I had bigger things to cry over....Out with the old, In with the new, One step at a time...

Weddings...

Saturday was Wyatt and Emmas wedding. I cant believe Wyatt is married!!! I couldnt get any pictures due to my lack of an actual camera but I'll get some as soon as they do. I also got to see Heather which was so much fun!

Bloggers Block

Lately I've been suffering from a severe case of bloggers block. I've attempted to update every day this week but just cant find anything interesting to write about. I blame it on the lack of "interesting" in my life. I've also been attempting to clean my room for the past couple of days and have failed. I'll hang up one shirt and decide that I've done enough for the day. Whats wrong with me!? Soooo lazy.

(And No, this is not my room...but I'm just too lazy to take a picture..surprise surprise)

Only two more days of work and then mom comes out for the weekend. Hopefully I can keep her entertained. Speaking of Mom, today is the last day I have to shop for Mothers Day which means I need to force myself to go out and search for a present.

Other then that, its been a quiet, uneventful week so far

....Spotting a spider in the shower, closing your eyes, and opening them to find the spiders not there anymore...Those sneaky bastards..Making bathing such a stressful event.

Ready For The Weekend

I reallllly wish I didnt have to work tomorrow! I got my schedule for May...More hours cut. Very frustrating.

Hot Hot Heat

Yikes! Its soooo hot today. In fact I think this is the hottest its been since I moved to Long Beach. I went to the beach today and apparently I forgot to put sunblock on the back of my legs because they hurt so bad! Also, there was crazy ladybug infestation and I managed to bring some home in my bag, and some in my car as well. I was just looking at my planner and I feel like these next two months are going to be jam packed! I have something to do pretty much every weekend between birthdays, graduations, partys, mothers day...but it's good..I enjoy having things to look forward to. (I love when I dont have to dress up for work)

• Morrissey on stage at Coachella as I type
• And This....

I havent been able to update for a couple of days because I went home for Easter after work Saturday. When I got into town me and mom decorated Easter eggs and Mom got all Martha Stewart on me :). Then Sunday we had lunch at Grandma and Grandpas. Monday I didnt really do anything except I went to Target and bought a cute bathing suit...
Tuesday was Rays funeral. It was such a rough day for everyone. My family was very close to him and it was hard seeing them all so upset. Ray was probably the nicest man I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. In my 22 years of knowing him I never once saw him upset or angry. He was always so pleasant to be around and would treat me and Devon like we were his own grandaughters. Its no wonder so many people showed up to celebrate such a wonderful man. He will be missed. February 5, 1940- April 4th 2009




And as for Project 365....I really suck. Buuutttt....White is the new Black (For nails anyways)

Slacker

Ive been slacking on Project 365...Time to get back on track.

Work

Work this week has been the definition of lame. So many strange happenings and long, consistant lines. One more day and I can be done with it. And one more day of feeding Abigail the cat also. I'm really looking forward to seeing some familiar faces Monday. It should be fun. For awhile now i've had this picture of the most beautiful Vera Wang wedding gown that I've been dreaming of..



Then today I came across a picture of a person actually wearing it and it looks...not so nice.




Anyways...Here is what I wore today...

It's Spring!!!

Well, It's been Spring, but today really felt like it so I got to wear my grandma shorts! I love them so much no matter how awkward and red they are. They make me happy :) And I was brave enough to wear my feather headband inspired by Kinley from last seasons project runway except you cant really see it in this picture. But it looks like this:
All in all today was a good day...Another week of work, yikes! Also this week I will be cat sitting a co-workers cat, Abigail. And by cat sitting I mean, feeding her breakfast in the mornings :)
