Pizza Rolls

These were soooo easy to make and they were super good!

Pizza Rolls

2 cans refrigerated pizza crust (we only used one and it was more than enough. But don't forget to cute the measurements in half!)
garlic salt or garlic powder
Italian Seasoning
1 C sliced, chopped pepperoni- divided
2 C shredded cheese, Pizza Blend-divided
1 C Parmesan cheese-divided

1. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured cutting board or wax paper.
This gets a little difficult because the cold dough doesn't want to
keep its shape. Just keep at it.
2 . Sprinkle the dough with garlic powder/salt and Italian seasoning.
3. Cover in chopped peperoni, grated cheese and Parmesan.

4. Roll the whole thing (Starting with the shortest side) into a tight, neat log.

5. Slice the roll into 1 inch pieces and lay out on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes.

**Tip** To keep the bottoms from burning I put an empty cookie sheet on the bottom
rack to help absorb heat.

Just heat up some marinara for dipping and there you have it!

Day # 7: Something New.

Yesterday Tim got a package in the mail. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but
he gave it to me early. The glasses that I wanted!!! Can't wait to put my prescription in them.
He's the best!
