Currently...

I've been in such a blogging rut lately and I feel like this linkup is the perfect way to get the ball rolling again. Thanks to Harvesting Kale for the inspiration!

Searching for: The perfect living room! I spend most of my Pinterest time looking for family room inspiration. I'm pretty much having design inspiration overload. We are almost ready to order our flooring and then theres no stopping me. I've got home improvement fever!

Making: Cute little odds and ends for my office/craft room. I've got all the main components and now its all organizing and hanging little pretties.

Feeling: Anxious for the future. Lately I've had an overwhelming feeling to go somewhere new and see what life is like there. Don't get me wrong, I love where I'm at but at times I can't help but associate my surroundings with all of the unfortunate health issues of the last year. We plan on traveling to New York this year and Tim says once I arrive I won't want to leave. The idea of living on the East coast does sound exciting minus the fact that I'm so very attached to family and both of our families are here in California.

Happy About: The decision I made to marry Tim. I would be lost without him and He is a constant reminder of how awesome my life is...even in the times where I struggle to see said awesomeness.

Going: Crazy! This little dog of ours is going through his terrible twos! He destroys his toys, bites me whenever I walk in his vicinity and has taken to talking back! Have you ever heard a dog talk back!? Such a little attitude. He's lucky he's so darn adorable.

  1. well that would be awesome if you lived on the east coast. but it is quite different than CA.

I am always wanting to run away .. I'm not sure if it will fix my problems but I really need a change!

Are you going to take pictures of your office when it's done? I'd love to see it!

  2. The East coast is lovely. But I completely understand not wanting to stray to far from your family ties. I know you'll have a splendid time in New York though!

  3. Pinterest is so awesome for design inspiration. However, I have a hard time stopping myself from pinning, pinning, pinning, instead of DOING!
